The gym was not maintained properly, and the equipment was in poor condition. , if you are assigned a room near the busy junction, the traffic noise can be quite prevalent, especially if you sleep with the window open.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming inn with a lovely swimming pool. the pool was perfect for casual swimmers like us. the staff at Karczma Pod Mlynem were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to help us. Speaking Polish certainly helped, but they were willing to assist in any way they could. We also appreciated the privacy they afforded us, only providing assistance when we asked for it. the hotel's spa area, including the sauna and swimming pool, was excellent and maintained to a high standard. the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We highly recommend this location for travelers looking for a restful stay.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Katowice recently. The receptionist Natalia was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Despite some initial breakfast issues, Natalia was able to arrange for fresh, made-to-order hot food for me. Natalia's exceptional service made my stay enjoyable.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. The hotel is located close to a highway and train station, resulting in some noise at night.

The swimming pool was the main selling point for us. Perfect for the casual swimmer. Staff were very friendly, and they even helped me iron my dress for an event. Also, the hotel had clean and cozy rooms and a great breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location to the busy street junction nearby. Despite this, I was pleasantly surprised that the noise levels in my room were minimal. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and provided great service. They were helpful and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. Finally, the basic amenities in the room were all in good condition. The two single beds were comfortable and the room was clean and well-maintained. I was very satisfied with my stay.
